With a background in Human Factors research and digital communication, I have experience in both Qualitative and Quantitative methods. Qualitative methods include 1X1 in-depth user interviews, in-person ethnographic studies, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, critical decision methods, creation of user personas, journey mapping, and workshop moderation. Quantitative methods include Survey design and analysis, Likert scales, and analytic reporting.
I have a passion for understanding people and an endless curiosity about human connectivity and culture; therefore I believe writing best encapsulates our desire to connect and express ourselves as we see our lives.
After work you can find me searching for more plants to add to my collection, catering to the fur babies’ every whim and desire, as well as enjoying movies and requisite food with my partner, Jay.
